Piccolo begun to charge a Ki Blast in his right hand. Futile, probably, but there was little else to do in this situation. It seemed that this alien was bent on finding Kakarot, and since Piccolo didn't know who this Kakarot was, he was useless to the alien and would probably be disposed of with ease.
But then the alien seemed to quietly utter something that caught Piccolo's magnified-hearing ear.
South? That was where Goku's ki was coming from. Piccolo would recognize that damned energy anywhere. Did this Kakarot that the alien was looking for have something to do with Goku?
He had always wanted to pay that goody two shoes back for the humiliation that Goku had uttered him in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai.
"South? I stand by what I said earlier; I don't know a Kakarot. But if its Son Goku you're looking for... I can take you to him. I've wanted to pay him a visit for a long time as well."
Tilting his head to indicate what direction they were going in, Piccolo took flight, leading the alien to Kame House. Where Goku's energy was situated.

Perhaps his little brother had taken up a different alias here on Planet Earth. That would make sense.
"Very well. Take me to this Son Goku."
Nodding in agreement at the Namekian's suggestion, Raditz took off, following Piccolo's white energy trail. He wouldn't kill the Namekian yet, even though it would be easy work; he may prove himself useful somehow.
Arms folded, Raditz continued along his trail.

{name:KRILLIN#|#picture:1}Krillin laughed lightheartedly as his friend explained the situation. He patted Goku on the back before talking again.
"Congratulations Goku!"
He gulped and peered over to where Chi Chi was standing before continuing.
"And Chi Chi..."
He whispered to Goku.
"To be honest, I'm a little jealous. How come I'm not the one that gets to settle down with a wife and have a kid?"
Krillin sighed, staring at the ground.
"Oh well. Just my luck I suppose."
Suddenly, two frightening ki made their presence known; approaching at a fast rate. Krillin stared blankly into the sky above, his mouth gaping open in fright.

Goku laughed as his best friend made another comment regarding his own lack of luck.
"Don't worry about it Krillin, I'm sure you'll be able to one day! Hahaha!"
The appearance of two fast-approaching powerful ki signatures and Krillin's sudden change of expression from joy to debilitated fear caught Goku's attention.
His own expression changed to one of sternness and seriousness as he shifted his own attention to the direction where the ki were approaching from.
"Master Roshi. Get Chi Chi and Gohan inside. Quickly!"

"If you mean Son Goku, he is right here on this island."
Piccolo felt like killing Goku. He was still mad at Goku for beating his father up and how he had beaten the great Namekian warrior in the tournament.
Piccolo flew down to the island and faced Goku face-to-face.
"What do you think?"
He asked Raditz.

{name:ROSHI#|#picture:9}Roshi was in the middle of laughter in response to all that his two former students had said when their expressions seemed to change instantly.
The old turtle hermit could feel it too. Giant Ki were approaching, and at a very swift rate. At this age, Roshi, no matter how much he wished to help would be nothing but a burden, the least he could do to help his students out would be to do as Goku said and secure his family.
"Chi Chi, Gohan, come with me."
The turtle hermit opened the door into Kame House, bidding the wife and son of Goku to enter.
He gave one last look to his students after the two had entered the house.
"Goku, Krillin, go get 'em."
With that, the old sensei entered the building himself, closing the door behind him.

Following his Mom, Gohan carried the tortoise with him into Kame House.
"Father..."

{name:CHI CHI#|#picture:5}Though Chi Chi was no longer a fighter, her senses were still attuned enough to feel that something strong and evil was approaching quickly. The looks on Goku and Krillin's faces just confirmed that foreboding feeling.
Just their luck. The one time they decide to visit Kame House.
"Gohan, come on, follow me."
Chi Chi made sure that Gohan entered the house first.
"Goku..."
She took one last look at her husband before also entering the house to make sure that Gohan stayed safe.
This wasn't good.
The ki that even she felt was monstrous.

Goku made sure everyone was safe.
"You ready for this Krillin?"
He looked where the two powerful ki was approaching.
It is time he had fough a real battle, eversince he got married to Chi-Chi.
He waited patiently for the ki to arrive.

{name:RADITZ#|#picture:2}The duo of Raditz and Piccolo seemed to be traversing an islands region. Lots of water spread out all over the place. It was quite fascinating how planet Earth had such an abundance of such a resource.
They seemed to stop at a small isolated island with a house in the middle. Not quite as extravagant of a place as he expected his brother to be residing in.
Two figures seemed to be standing on the shoreline awaiting their arrival in orange clothing. One was bald, and another seemed to have the black, spiky hair characteristic of a Saiyan.
It was unmistakable. This was him.
He ignored Piccolo's question and simply floated down to face the orange-clad team, standing next to Piccolo.
"Ah. Kakarot. At last we meet again."

What a turn of events this has proven to be! Is Goku really the Kakarot that this mysterious alien warrior seeks? Really what is his agenda? What will become of our heroes Goku and Krillin?
